Grenham Bay is a residential care home which offers opportunities for potential candidates to join our team.
This can range from care assistants to hospitality staff. We offer an enriching environment to best develop new staff joining our team with full training offered, as well as recognised qualifications within the health and social care sector.
We need staff who understand the importance of recognising the dignity and independence of our clients and who will commit to the standards we have set. We also need you to be flexible in working with our clients, colleagues and management in order for us to give the best service we possibly can. We will, of course, have to carry out the necessary police (Criminal Records Bureau) checks as required by the legislation which governs our industry.
